The owner, Deon, made us feel overwhelmingly comfortable and shared his fascinating journey of living in this magnificent place. The hotel is clean, conveniently located near Cenote Azul and the lake, and within walking distance to the center. Deon provided us with great advice and tips, and the check-in and checkout process was a breeze. Our room was clean and equipped with hot water in both the shower and sink. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, air conditioning, and the fridge in the room. The hotel even provided beach towels for us. a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay here again.
